HSC – Course off to a good start
John Barter & Megan Miller co-presented at our first HSC Course this week.
Students and Parents enjoyed the introduction to the benefits of using Mindfulness & Meditation to enhance both physcial and mental performance giving students the “X Factor” in approaching their studies and life generally.
Parents liked spending the time sharing in something so worthwhile with their emerging adult children.
