Social Media and Electronic Devices the topic of discussion during Week 2 of the HSC Course
Our second week of our NEW HSC – Help Stay Calm during the HSC Journey Course raised issues facing emerging adults today – difficulties in balancing sleep and well-being with the demands of school, sport, friends and family.
Social media and noticing the need and even addiction around electronic devices and how to use these tools wisely and not let them control you was also discussed.
Finding ways to help manage the workload of year 11 and 12, time management, staying in the present moment, practicing MINDFULNESS were all topics of conversation.
Trying to commit to some meditation practice each week is a great tool for helping to stay MINDFUL, live MINDFULLY and think more clearly.
