Welcome to our Spring Newsletter of 2015.
I trust that you have ‘wintered well’ through this last season. While all seasons are beautiful to a calm clear mind, Spring has a particular poignant beauty. Spring calls us to our senses through it’s warmth, through it’s blossoms, fragrance and bird sounds, it is a calling and coming to our senses. Where Winter can be a closing off and quietening down, it is now time to come out and move forth into the new and next phase of our life this year. It can also be helpful to reflect on what we have gone through.
I recommend that this is a good opportunity, as part of Conscious Living, to reflect upon the passing of time especially the ‘seasons of our life’, and to ask yourself these questions
- What did I go through over the last 3 months?
- What have I learnt from this?
- What do I need to learn from this?
Further to this we can ask ourselves
- What would I like to enable or fulfil over the next 3 months of this new season in my life?
So often we do not pause and ponder, reflect and realise, important insights that can help us to learn and grow through our experience of life. Because of this, old patterns of Mind and Body become repeated, limiting our potential for health, happiness and real joy.
