Dates for Weekly Meditation Group Farrants Hill
Our WELL-AWARE-NESS Monday Evening Meditation Group will have its last session for the year on Monday 18th December, 6.30 – 7.30 pm (NSW time).
If you have not been able to attend for some time, it would be wonderful to see you again for our last session for the year.
For our Session if you would like to bring a small plate of (party) food to share for the occasion.
I hope to see many of you that have attended over the last few years – especially those that have been away for a while.
The Monday Evening Meditation Group – will resume for 2018 on Monday 8th January (a break of 3 weeks) at the usual time of 6.30pm.
For the New Year – I would like to work through some of the Meditation Courses that I have put together over the years such as: ‘The Ten Ways to Well-Being’, ‘The Eight Practice Factors for Enlightened Living’, ‘The Four Spiritual Emotions’ etc.
So please join us for these ongoing weekly sessions.
