John’s Message

As this year 2015 winds to conclusion, we may well note that how we end this year, will affect how we begin the New Year 2016.

In ending this Year 2015, take some time to pause and ponder and ask yourself:

  • What has this year been about and involved for me?
  • What have I learnt from this year?
  • What would I like or need to learn from this year?
  • How would I like to best begin my New Year 2016?
  • What can I do now to enable that possibility?

Our life is but time and energy, and as that a collection of moment to moment experiences. If we can learn and grow in wisdom and kindness from the experiences of our life, both pleasant and unpleasant, then our life and certainly our year has been well lived.

As I reflect on the Year 2015, I make mention of the many people who have enjoyed our weekly Meditation Groups supporting each other in practice, along with all my clients who are actively maintaining their Well-Being.  I also thank all current Practitioners that use WELL-AWARE-NESS.

For those of you who live on the far north coast of NSW and/or in south eastern QLD, I am pleased to make mention that WELL-AWARE-NESS now has a presence on the Tweed Coast at Kingscliff with my new Psychology practice operating from Kingscliff Professional Centre.

WELL-AWARE-NESS also has a new Mindfulness Meditation Group very recently started on Monday nights operating from Garden of Eden – Organic & Health Foods  – on Machinery Drive, Tweed Heads. (Check holiday dates below and on our website)

I very much encourage those of who that live on the Tweed (Green) Coast and Gold Coast to make use of myself for either Psychological sessions or Meditation training.

A wonderful workshop – Meditation Day – was well attended at my country property at Farrants Hill.

My intension is that this is the first of many regular Meditation Day Retreats held in this lovely environment.  I welcome those of you in Sydney to take a break and come and share  one of these Meditation Days  at Farrants Hill.

My first Meditation Day for 2016 will be on Saturday 30th January at Farrants Hill and in Sydney on Saturday 6th February 2016.

Wishing you all a wonderful and wise end to this year and an interesting and inspiring beginning to the New Year 2016.
