This meditative day is a RETREAT helping us to PAUSE & BE-COME PRESENT, also enabling PURITY & SIMPLICITY of experience as we work with the choices & challenges of contemporary life. Offering both Wisdom Teachings & Mindful Practice, this is an opportunity to ask questions & gain some clarity around the practice of Mindfulness Meditation.
