Qi Gong with Patrice Thomas – Sunday afternoon class 30th August 2015

Qi Gong is gentle exercise & meditation that is beneficial for people of all ages and varying levels of health & physical fitness. Our Qi Gong exercises can be done standing or sitting in a chair and involve breathing, gentle stretching/movement and focussed intention. ‘Qi’ is our life force or vital energy and ‘Gong’ means skill that is cultivated through regular practice.
People leave the class feeling energised, inspired and replenished.
