Please note John has a forced – Mindful rest – due to a broken ankle
John has had a fall in the garden and broken his ankle.
After some surgery, he has been told to rest and not weight bear for 3 weeks.
Weekly meditation groups will continue with Stephen Mayers, but John won't be seeing clients until 23rd June.
