With the easing of the COVID-19 Restrictions, it feels like the right time to resume our Meditation Connections.
Our Weekly Meditation Group at Farrants Hill will resume on:

This Meditation Group runs for one hour, and is structured as follows:
The first half-hour John guides a Mindfulness based Meditation. The second half hour some reflections and teachings on applying practical wisdom for living consciously, while learning and growing through our experience of Life. These reflections often come from John’s understanding of the Buddha’s teachings, his own experience of Buddhist Monastic life, and the application of psycho-spiritual perspectives to daily living.
Bringing your own flask of tea/coffee and mug will be very helpful & reassuring.
