Weekly Meditation Group – at Farrants Hill ++Currently Suspended++
++Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all events held at ‘Ratanagiri’ Farrants Hill have been suspended until further notice.++
This Meditation Group runs for one hour, and is structured as follows:
The first half-hour John guides a Mindfulness based Meditation. The second half hour some reflections and teachings on applying practical wisdom for living consciously, while learning and growing through our experience of Life. These reflections often come from John’s understanding of the Buddha’s teachings, his own experience of Buddhist Monastic life, and the application of psycho-spiritual perspectives to daily living.
As COVID-19 protocols will be observed so we will need to limit our group size to 12 people maximum.
Bringing your own flask of tea/coffee and mug will be very helpful & reassuring.
