Mindfulness Meditations & Reflections For Sustainable Well-Being

More than anything else we strive to be happy.
The happiness that we really seek is more of a ‘Well-Being’ than a light hearted happiness that does not last long.
This ‘Well-Being’, includes both being well and living well. For the Happiness of ‘Well-Being’ to be worth while it needs to be ‘Sustainable’.
Where we hear and talk about ‘Sustainable Living’, we need to also understand and actualise ‘Sustainable Well-Being’ for our Psychological, Physiological and Spiritual Health.
Our ‘Well-Being’ becomes particularly ‘Sustainable’ with an ongoing Dhamma / Spiritual Practice of Mindfulness, Meditation and Wisdom.
This Half-Day Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to meet with other people interested in living more Mindfully with Wisdom and Kindness.
We will sit and walk in Meditation, have time for questions and discussion, gain clarification and insight.
