Mindfulness Meditations Half Day Workshop on Sunday 15th October 2017

Peace is the essence of Happiness and that essence is the true nature of all beings.
When our mind is not distracted or distressed with unnecessary thoughts, real inner Peace becomes apparent.
Our Meditation is the way to Peace in our mind and in our life.
This Half Day Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to meet with other like-minded and good-hearted people, interested in living more Mindfully with Wisdom and Kindness.
We will have time to sit and walk in Meditation, ask questions, gain clarification and insight.
The practice of ‘Dana’ – your expression of generosity – is encouraged for the Teachings and Guidance offered.
