MEDITATIONS & REFLECTIONS – ‘Maintaining Momentum of Mindfulness’ with John Barter,

We have grown to appreciate the importance of Mindfulness in our daily life and yet we so easily become distracted and distressed.

Much of this is because we have not Mindfully managed the momentum of maintaining our Mindfulness.

This Half Day Meditation Retreat offers inspiration and motivation in developing and maintaining this life-giving factor of
Mindfulness, so integral to life, aliveness, insight and freedom.

We will have time to sit and walk in Meditation, ask questions, gain clarification and insight.

Please bring a plate of food to share and join with other like-minded and good-hearted
people, interested in living more Mindfully with Wisdom and Kindness
