The next Sunday (Full Day) Retreat is on the 17th March 2024 – Meditations & Reflections On ‘Virtue And Composure’ .

We are very fortunate to welcome Venerable Mettaji, a Buddhist Monk resident at Bodhinyana Monastery in Perth, to visit us at Ratanagiri from Thursday 14th March to Sunday 17th March 2024.

Venerable Mettaji visited us last year and shared teachings on the importance and the practice  of Metta – Loving Kindness. This year he will talk about Virtue and Composure. This will extend on the teachings and reflections that I gave last month on our Sunday Retreat Day.

DANA – your expression of monetary Generosity for Teachings and Guidance will go to support Bodhinyana Monastery and Venerable Mettaji’s travel expenses.

FOOD – unlike previous Meditation Retreat Days – please bring a plate of food to share with others on the Sunday Meditation Day Retreat. Our shared food will provide the meal for Venerable Mettaji and the group as a whole.

ZOOM LINK – it will be possible for people to connect that cannot make it along for the Thursday 14th March Meditation Group Evening and the Sunday 17th March Meditation Day.
