DESCRIPTION:Peace is the essence of Happiness and that essence is the true nature of all beings.\nWhen our mind is not distracted or distressed with unnecessary thoughts\, real inner Peace becomes apparent.\nOur Meditation is the way to Peace in our mind and in our life.\nThis Half Day Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to meet with other like-minded and good-hearted people\, interested in living more Mindfully with Wisdom and Kindness.\nWe will have time to sit and walk in Meditation\, ask questions\, gain clarification and insight.\nThe practice of ‘Dana’ – your expression of generosity – is encouraged for the Teachings and Guidance offered. \n  \nPlease note the start time – 10am (NSW time)\, 9am (QLD time).\nPlease arrive 15 minutes prior to get settled.
