Mindfulness also connects us to what is happening internally; within us through our Feelings\, Mental States and specific Mental Content. How we know and experience life is greatly de-pendent on our quality and strength of Mindfulness. \nThe Four Ways for Mindfulness to be exercised as Medita-tion and engaged in our daily life are:\n1. Mindful Attention – developing focused calm and concentration\n2. Mindful Awareness – developing receptive knowing and intuitive feeling\n3. Mindful Contemplation – developing insightful understanding and wisdom\n4.
