Mindfulness is a ‘Conscious Clarity’, an ‘Awakened Aware-ness’ and our Minds connection to the experience of Life.
Mindfulness is our Mind’s natural ability to be present to what is happening externally through our Bodily Senses of seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching. Mindfulness also connects us to what is happening internally; within us through our Feelings, Mental States and specific Mental Content. How we know and experience life is greatly de-pendent on our quality and strength of Mindfulness.

The Four Ways for Mindfulness to be exercised as Medita-tion and engaged in our daily life are:
1. Mindful Attention – developing focused calm and concentration
2. Mindful Awareness – developing receptive knowing and intuitive feeling
3. Mindful Contemplation – developing insightful understanding and wisdom
4. Mindful Care – developing kindness, compas-sion, joy and calm-care

This Half Day Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to meet with others interested in living more Mindfully with Wisdom and Kindness.
